This course is a conversation class for anyone who’s interested in practicing speaking and listening skills primarily. Together we will practice using the vocabulary, grammar, phrases/expressions you’ve already learned in order to discuss a variety of topics. (For that reason, this course option is recommended for those who already have an intermediate (~B1) to proficient (C2) level).

We can discuss a range of topics, from current events, personal interests/hobbies, culture, etc. I’ll pull topics from a variety of sources (articles, Youtube videos, podcasts, etc.) and you can feel free to bring topics to class to discuss as well. My goal is to help build your confidence in speaking, as well as provide useful feedback and explanations as needed. We’ll keep a log of new vocabulary and class notes (via Google Drive) so that you can review the new words and expressions that we cover each class. You will also be encouraged to keep a learning journal so that we can track your progress over time.
